Needless to say, the atmosphere of gamling has been terribly prevailing in Taiwan these years. 
As it is, a great number of people have deeply sustained harm from it.  In spite of their normal living many people have been crazily in pursuit of fortune through lotteries and video games. 
As ill luck would have it, many families have been broken up and many lives have been lost.  What's sorse, some of the industries have been seriously damaged and are even likely to be paralyzed.

Have you ever thought about how to eliminate the abnormal and harmful phenomenon of gambling? 
It's avarice that makes lots of people crazy about gambling and drives them to desperation.  From now on the authorities concerned should put and end to and possibility and cause of gambling. 
By the way, those who are involved in gambling should be enforced upon the severe punishment.  First and last, only by continuous instruction and ban will the ill custom of gambling die out.
